Clay Center resident Pam Miller, 64, passed away Sunday, April 25, 2021 at her home.
Memorial service will be 11:00AM, Saturday, May 1, 2021, at the Senior Center in Clay Center, Nebraska. Burial will be at a later date. In honoring her wish to be cremated there is no viewing or visitation. DeWitt Funeral Home and Cremation Service will be handling arrangements.
Pamela Marie Miller was born October 30, 1956, in Poughkeepsie, New York the daughter the daughter of William and Janis (Bischoff) Miller. She and her family lived in New York State until they moved to Fairfield, NE in 1975. Pam attended Walter Panass High School and graduated in 1974.
Pam was a collector of frogs, trinkets, and doodads. She loved her family, friends, fur babies and fishing. While she was not a provider of great wisdom and seldom gave solid advice, she was always good for a laugh. Pam used her humor in numerous ways throughout her life. She was a good friend to many. An unofficial mom, grandma, and aunt to others. Pam always carried a special place in her heart for her niece and nephews and their children. Many animals have had the privilege of calling her mom.
Pam is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Scott and Cheryl Miller of Clay Center, NE; sister-in-law, Patty Davis of Hastings, NE; nephews and nieces, Scott Jr. (Tegan), Cody, Latisha, and Ethan (Laura); great nieces and nephews, Madison, Rehgan, Brooklynn, Kendyll, Holden, Nevaeh, Desirae, Morgan, Izzabella, and Oaklee; aunt, Nancy Bischoff; along with other relatives and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, William “Billy” Miller Jr.; sister, Karen Miller; and her longtime love, Mike Holder.
Memorials may be directed to her family for a later designation.
